Information you provide
The campaign may collect information you voluntarily submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, city, volunteer interests and message content.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, coordinate volunteers, deliver campaign updates, organize events, fulfill yard-sign requests and support campaign operations.
Service providers
Forms, email, analytics and contribution processing may be handled by third-party services. Contributions made through WinRed are governed by WinRed’s terms and privacy practices.
Text messages
Do not enable campaign text messaging until the form includes campaign-counsel-approved consent language and the campaign has configured appropriate opt-out procedures.
Security and retention
The campaign should limit access to submitted information, use multifactor authentication and retain information only as long as operationally or legally necessary.
